Service terms
Effective 12 September 2026
1. About these terms
These terms apply when a client buys or approves a proposal for services from PageMorrow Technology, Dubai DET professional licence 1650324. A written proposal, order summary or invoice may add project-specific terms. If there is a conflict, the project-specific document controls for that project.
2. Scope and delivery
We deliver the pages, features, revision rounds and support stated in the selected package or written proposal. Delivery estimates begin after payment and receipt of usable content, approvals and access. Requests outside scope are quoted before work begins.
3. Client responsibilities
The client must provide accurate information, timely feedback and lawful content, and must have permission to use all names, logos, images, copy, data and accounts supplied. The client remains responsible for business claims, regulated content, sector approvals and the final accuracy of published information.
4. Fees, included hosting and third-party costs
Each project is priced by written quotation before work begins. The proposal confirms the scope, currency, applicable taxes, payment schedule and any separate third-party costs. Every new website package includes 12 months of hosting and SSL from the launch date. Domain registration or renewal, paid software, payment-provider fees and additional integrations are separate unless expressly included in the proposal. The hosting renewal cost after the included year is disclosed before the client commits. Ongoing management and content updates are optional, separately quoted services with agreed support limits. No recurring charge is created unless the client separately agrees to it. Previously accepted projects remain subject to their agreed proposal.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Before project work starts, the client may request a refund less any disclosed, non-refundable third-party costs. After work starts, fees for completed work and committed project capacity are not refundable; any remaining amount is assessed fairly against the work completed. Approved work, live domains and third-party purchases are not treated as unused services. Managed care may be cancelled before the next billing period.
6. Revisions, acceptance and delays
Included revisions must be requested together and within the review period stated in the proposal. A project is accepted when the client approves it, asks us to publish it, or does not report a material mismatch within seven days of delivery. If client materials or feedback are delayed for more than 30 days, we may reschedule the project and quote any remobilisation work.
7. Ownership and account access
The client owns its supplied content and approved final business assets after full payment. PageMorrow may manage hosting, forms, domains or related accounts while the client uses managed services. On request after full payment, transferable assets can be moved to an account using the client’s authorised email. Provider limitations and disclosed migration charges may apply.
8. Support and availability
Managed care covers only the routine updates and support stated in the plan. We take reasonable steps to keep services available, but third-party outages, domain suspensions, platform changes, security incidents and events outside reasonable control may affect availability.
9. Liability and acceptable use
Services must not be used for unlawful, deceptive, infringing or harmful activity. To the extent permitted by law, PageMorrow is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or third-party platform decisions. Our aggregate liability for a project is limited to the amount paid to PageMorrow for the affected service, except where the law does not allow that limit.
10. Contact and governing law
Questions or complaints should first be sent to info@pagemorrow.com so we can try to resolve them promptly. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
